Pricing
We price by your home, not by the hour: a flat base plus a set amount per bedroom and per bathroom, with add-ons priced individually. Recurring plans take up to 20% off. The number in our instant quote is the flat price you pay — no hourly meter and no surprise charges.
What we do
Every standard clean follows the same room-by-room checklist: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas — dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing baths, wiping the kitchen, emptying trash, and making beds. See the full What’s Included checklist for the line-by-line list.
A standard clean maintains an already-tidy home. A deep clean adds baseboards, door frames, vents, detailed grout, and cleaning behind and under reachable furniture — plus optional inside-oven and inside-fridge. We recommend a deep clean for your first visit, then standard cleans to keep it up.
Recurring
Biweekly is our most popular plan — it keeps a home consistently clean at the best value (15% off). Weekly saves the most (20% off) and is great for busy or larger households; monthly (10% off) is a once-a-month reset. You can change frequency any time.
Never. Recurring plans give you a better per-visit price, but there’s no contract and no cancellation fee. Skip, pause, reschedule, or cancel any time.
On recurring plans we keep the same cleaner or small team on your home whenever possible — they learn your space and your preferences. If someone’s out, a teammate follows your saved checklist and notes.
Logistics
No on both. We bring all our own supplies and equipment, including eco-friendly green options on request. You’re welcome to be home, but most clients give us secure entry instructions and come back to a spotless house.
However you prefer: be home, leave a key or code, or use a lockbox/smart lock. Any keys or codes are stored securely and tied only to your account, accessible to your assigned team. You can update or revoke them any time.
Products
Yes. You can request fragrance-free, plant-based, pet- and kid-safe green products at no extra charge. Just add the note when you book and it follows your home every visit.
Absolutely — we love pets. Add our pet-home detail for extra attention to hair, dander, and paw zones, and let us know if any pets should be secured during the clean. We’ll note it on your account.
Booking
Yes, free, any time before your visit from your account or with a quick message. There are no contracts — recurring plans can be skipped, paused, or cancelled whenever you like.
